Purchase terms & conditions

Please read the Risky Habits Purchase Terms and Conditions (Purchase Terms) carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you when purchasing products (the Products) from the Risky Habits website, which is displayed at https://riskyhabits.com (the Website).
Your completion and submission of your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase Terms, which constitute the agreement between Risky Habits (“we”, “us”, “our” or Risky Habits) and you.

Purchases

The person making a purchase via the Website will be deemed to have accepted these Purchase Terms on behalf of the persons or business entities named in the booking form (if different from the person making payment).
You must provide full and accurate personal details at the time of placing your order with us.

Purchase Price

All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in United States Dollars and include Tax. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.
Our prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered Products to you.
You accept total responsibility for the Products purchased by you and you use the Products at your own risk.

Payment

Risky Habits accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Zip and Afterpay only.
When paying for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.
Irrespective of payment method, we will email you a Tax Invoice relating to your order once we have received your payment in cleared funds.

Product Warranties

All Products sold on the Website are covered by the standard warranty provided by the manufacturer of the subject Products. The terms of warranties will vary between manufacturers. Risky Habits in no way provides a separate warranty of any kind with respect to the Products purchased by you, except as may be required under any relevant consumer protection laws.
You will be solely responsible for all freight charges that may be incurred by you as a consequence of shipping Products to the manufacturer for assessment or replacement.
Risky Habits will not be liable for any alteration or variation in the Products made by a manufacturer or supplier of the Products.

Return of products

Any return of Products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Processing of orders

We will only process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays. If you place an order on a non-business day, we will process that order on the next business day. Please note that orders placed after 12:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time will begin processing at our fulfillment warehouse the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following business day.
Our orders are usually processed within one to two business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.
Orders with express shipping selected (2-Day or Next Day) are usually processed and shipped within one business day. However, please be aware that “2-Day” and “Next-Day” indicates the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time at our fulfillment warehouse.

Shipment of orders

We deliver Products domestically in the Continental United States and internationally. Deliveries shall be completed by a shipping carrier of our choice to the address nominated by you in your online order.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Risky Habits is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment, but we do not deliver to postal boxes. For Products to be delivered at your workplace, you will be required to ensure that someone will be there to take receipt of the delivery.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse, you will be sent an email, including a tracking number depending on the delivery method, to confirm that the delivery is on its way.

Delivery Times

United States Delivery

The estimated delivery times for United States regions are between two and five business days for regular delivery, and between one and three business days for express delivery. The cost for deliveries within the U.S will be calculated at the checkout. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how and when you can pick it up.
Delivery dates or times indicated by Risky Habits on acceptance of your order are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date. We will be not liable for your failure to observe any of these indicative delivery times, and therefore, your non-receipt of ordered Products within the expected delivery time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or receive a refund.


International Delivery

The estimated delivery times for international deliveries are between four and thirteen days for regular delivery, and between three and ten working days for express delivery. The cost for international deliveries will be calculated at the checkout.
Delivery dates or times indicated by Risky Habits on acceptance of your order are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date. We will be not liable for your failure to observe any of these indicative delivery times, and therefore, your non-receipt of ordered Products within the expected delivery time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or receive a refund.
For international deliveries, the billing and shipping addresses provided must be the same or Risky Habits will not process the order.
Risky Habits is unable to provide destination country tax and duty charges if applicable. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees that are collected from your country before you place the order. Risky Habits will not be responsible for any of the above duties and fees.
If the order arrives in your country and any of the following occur:
The recipient refused to accept the package; or
No attempt is made in the destination country to deliver the package
Risky Habits reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation of orders

Risky Habits may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.

Products missing from an order

Should a Product be missing from an order, please raise a support request here with the order number and the product code or product name of the Product you wanted, and we will look into it.

Title in products

Notwithstanding delivery of the Products, title in any particular Products will remain with Risky Habits until you have paid and discharged any and all monies owing pursuant to any invoice issued by us in relation to the Products, including all applicable Taxes.

Risk in products

The risk in the Products will pass to you upon the collection of the Products by the shipping carrier.
