If we feel your problem would be better handled over the phone though, we’re happy get in touch.
Just use any of the means on our contact page and we’ll get back to you asap.
Can I exchange something?
Too big? Too small? Tooo… something else? It’s cool.
The best way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item you’d rather have, and return the original order. We have limited quantities of our products, so we highly suggest placing the new order ASAP to ensure availability and it’s easier for both of us to refund the original sale.
All sales are final on discounted merchandise.
How should I care for garments I bought from you?
Different garments have different ways to care for them but as a general rule, always wash in cold water and hang dry. Remember to never iron over any prints unless the garment is inside out and it’s best not to iron synthetic fabrics, but always test heat in an inconspicuous spot if you must though. If this sounds to complicated maybe your mum can help you out….
